• Happy 1.1.11 everyone! With the beginning of a New Year, it is the perfect time to sit down and write out your goals for the year. But first, look over your goals for 2010. What did you accomplish? How did it make you feel? What did you NOT accomplish? Why not? What could you have done differently to attain that goal?  It is important to understand why we didn’t accomplish something that we set out to do so that we can begin to learn what beliefs we have that are holding us back.

Monday’s radio show “Kick Off The New Year Right” will be dedicated to goal setting. We will also talk about going from a place of “motivation” to a place of “inspiration” to help you attain your goals. It’s amazing how changing one simple word can have such a huge impact on us! I will answer a few questions that followers have sent in, including:

“Amy help!! I’m starting out (2010 was 1st year). It was great but there is so much it’s overwhelming! Where do I go from here?” ~kim on Twitter

“I know for me Amy, I need to be a better business person. I keep lousy books and get seriously frightened when Tax time comes. I want to pay quarterly sales and use rather than get zonked on Feb. 5th!! I want to market without spending money. :)” ~Candice on Facebook

“Amy…how do you attract clients when your just starting out ??? Or maybe I should say how do you price your services when just starting out?” ~ Julie on Facebook

“To know the difference between what is a realistic goal and what is an unachievable goal.” ~ Donae on Facebook

These are all FANTASTIC questions, and I will address them to the best of my abilities on Monday! There is still a bit of time to send in your own questions you would like answered either by email (amy@myphotobizcoach.com) or thru www.twitter.com/myphotobizcoach  If you’re not able to listen to the show live, you can always listen afterwards in the “episodes on demand” section, or subscribe to us on iTunes!

I am so excited to share your journey in 2011 with you! It’s going to be an AWESOME year!

  • Yesterday was the launch of our very first Talk Radio Show “Make More Money”! If you missed it live, you can still listen to it here: http://bit.ly/fmgKYn

The show was an introduction to myself and My Photo Biz Coach, and was full of inspiration on how to change the words we use. Shifting the use of “can’t, won’t, shouldn’t” to “I can/I will/ I should” is extremely powerful!! I encourage you to listen to it and be inspired to Make More Money!

Our next show will air on Monday, January 3rd and is titled “Kick Off The New Year Right”. We will discuss goal setting and how to work from a place of “inspiration” versus “motivation”.
